    More Hakka food! This time it's my mom's cooking. We call it yong tao foo (nyong teeu foo in Hakka language), or you call it stuffed tofu. For those who are interested in cooking yong tao foo yourself, I think I posted a recipe booth somewhere... Let me get back to you on this...

    Lei cha is one of the famous Hakka cuisine. Hakka is one of the many divisions/dialects in the big Chinese community. Not many people like lei cha, because of its color and its strong "green" taste, but most Hakkas do. I love my lei cha! And I love my lei cha green!
