More Hakka food! This time it's my mom's cooking. We call it yong tao foo (nyong teeu foo in Hakka language), or you call it stuffed tofu. For those who are interested in cooking yong tao foo yourself, I think I posted a recipe booth somewhere... Let me get back to you on this...
Lei cha is one of the famous Hakka cuisine. Hakka is one of the many divisions/dialects in the big Chinese community. Not many people like lei cha, because of its color and its strong "green" taste, but most Hakkas do. I love my lei cha! And I love my lei cha green!
I like having noodles, i have the crave for noodles all the time. This is me having Taiwanese oyster noodles, "ohwah mee swah". The chef put too much chili this time, it's SO HOT!!! And i love it!!!
Nothing much happening this week except I went to watch TF3 last night! The movie was great, but I had the worst cinema experience! I was supposed to go for the 3D but the cinema have some technical issues with the film roll. I waited for nearly two hours and was directed to another hall for the normal version with a half price refund...
It's been really messy this month... Bad decisions? Bad planning? Not enough dedication?... Maybe... I donno... Yea, I'm having a hard time right now, but I'm not regretting, good or bad they are, I'm only gaining.
Thanks to Frances Yip (I'm singing backing vocals for her), I get to come to Phnom Pehn, Cambodia. First time here! Their local beer and the Khmer food are nice!
