I'm not too hard to please
I guess you couldn't call me greedy? I was shocked to look up
And see rita hayworth there in a place so seedy
She walked into the bar with her long red curly hair
And I could not resist I just had to get close to her
I walked and loomed around her table for a while
Then I said, "i hate to bug you, ma'am, but can I have your autograph?"
She pressed her lips against a white piece of paper
Then I saw what she wrote "my heart is in my mouth"
Then she handed it to me, and I think that she could see
That that was all that I needed
About two weeks ago, my parents sent me this email: "We shipped [John Green's] first book. Please excuse the bend, it saved us $9.00." I emailed them back saying, "Any bends or markings are fine. Thank you!"
Little did I know they had BENT the book in HALF to get it to fit into a small flat-rate shipping box. What I don't get is that the book would have fit in the box without bending it. My parents are weirdos. Please forgive me, @johngreen. The bend goes right through the Printz Award seal, too.
