I just got some new makeup in the mail~ Very excitedly, I ran downstairs to share my giddiness with my mother. She, after asking, "those are for your EYES?" (You would think she would have learned by now that bright blue, red, yellow, purple, oranges, and greens are most certainly for your eyes [and/or lips]!), shared my excitement over my new Sugar Pill pallets by doing my makeup for me.
I now see where my artistic streak came from.

Had to cut the background out because it did not turn out well D:

Made quite a few mistakes this go-round (that you may not be able to see from the camera phone pic ^^;) so I'll be attempting this one again at some point.

Paper cutting test run. Gonna do a more complex one once I figure out a few things on it... And redo the hair, because after this I found out that small gaps don't quite cut out all that wonderfully. They kinda just tear

A drawing of my sister
(I'm hoping to do one with my other sister wearing heels, from the same perspective at some point~ I thought that would be adorable)
I'm very, very out of practice with graphite >_<;
And the pain thing with my wrist flared up horribly, but I managed to finish it in time for the art show dead-line that I was trying to hard to make! So i'm happy.

I still hate scanning with a fiery passion; I'm not thrilled with how the rocks came out, and the water seems somewhat dull... But I kinda like the boots XD
And, if anything, I'm proud that I got the perspective and (I think) managed to keep everything in correct proportion.
