    i don't even know how to sum up the last 24 hours
    -discovered that my hamsters illness had gotten a lot worse
    -had a fun night out with friends
    -went to the vet to get Bernadette (my hamster) put to sleep
    -worked
    -went to the greatest tailgate ever
    -read "The Hunger Games" in one sitting
    -my roommate left for the night=empty apartment =\\
    I think that covers pretty much every human emotion possible. all within 24 hours.
    drained...yes.

    Meet Lucy.
    My roommate Ben rescued her last weekend.

    She discovered my hamster a day later.
    Thankfully, she seems only curious about Bernadette, rather than viscous.

    Fall semester is off to an ok start. I'm going to Vegas [with my Mama] over Labor Day, so I should be packing...but Lucy is too cute.
