we gave this present to our english teacher in our final week of classes, just before graduation.
earlier in the year we had a... mishap where an air bubble appeared in the ceiling and curiosity got the better of a bunch of 17 year olds who decided to throw highlighters at the roof whilst our teacher was outside, resulting in a giant decaying hole in the roof which popped open and had to be re-plastered the following week.
this girl here is my best friend.
and she lives in a different state.
and i miss her a lot.
and it's incredibly hard to not have her by my side, especially in weeks like these.
my dad's been in hospital for the past week and it's a possibility that he won't be home for christmas, though the most frustrating thing is that amongst all the dozens of doctors that have examined him, not one can give us a clear answer as to what is wrong.
which is bringing about a huge amount of anxiety :(
in summary, this week has absolutely sucked.
i'd just like for my dad to come home safe,
for this christmas to be somewhat bearable,
and for my best friend to be near me again.
