Happy St Patrick's Day all!

So its Tuesday, and I'm working a later shift. After being questioned on my new clothes and being called a grandma or being told I look weird and I'm too dressed up, I have this to say: "You can suck it." My old clothes had no style. All it involved was frayed jeans, oversize jackets and hoodies, sneakers and t-shirts that said goofy things. I'm 23 years old. I'm not in high school or in college anymore. I'm still the same person but I am an adult. I'm tired of people mistaking me for a 16 year old when in a few days (2 1/2) days to be exact) I will be married.

I'm sick of just rolling out of bed and just putting on the first thing I touch. I want to take pride in my appearance and feel good about the fit of my clothes.

Ok, I'm done ranting.

How are you all today? What are you annoyed with or tired of?

My cousin, the fashionista and model, says my new outfits are a cross between a teacher and a grandma. At this point i don't care. The cardigans keep me warms at work and the really snazzy outfits are for when I'm off the clock.

What does your style "supposedly" say about you?

I call it No Face Sunday! Off to work the day away. I felt like wearing black so I donned this little number. Yesterday was awesome though only one friend came to the lunch gathering but its all good.

Gotta do a lot in prep for this friday. Don't worry I'll booth on that day before my honeymoon.

Sushi for lunch and Italian for dinner. Happy times all around!

What are your Saturday plans?

First day with my new wardrobe, what do you guys think? Surprisingly it takes very little time to get dressed when everything fits properly. I don't feel fat anymore because I don't look like all my clothes shrunk in the wash.

Granted a size 8 pants but thats in Petite Women (the adult section. Not so depressing since i finally left the juniors section) and I'm up to mediums in shirts. Not a big issue and my mom told me I probably wont get back down to the smaller sizes I used to wear but that as I tone up the clothes will just look that much better!

I have to return a few things because when i did the fashion show for my future hubby (One week from yesterday, Huzzah!) I realized somethings didn't look as well as they did in the store. Might get some new pieces or just grab some different sizes.

Having Sushi for lunch and Italian for dinner tomorrow to celebrate with friends the upcoming nuptials.

What are your weekend plans? Any new additions to your wardrobe?

Got a haircut yesterday and after work today I went shopping and spent about
$400 on new clothes via a wedding gift of money from my family.

How is your Thursday?

Feeling a lot better than I did yesterday. my back still hurts but some tomato soup and What Not To Wear on ON DEMAND makes it better.

Here is a picture from 2007 Halloween. Watching America's Next Top Model marathon. So very sick so no picture today.

Feeling horrible. Having trouble breathing, my nose is starting to stuff up, my voice resembles that of an 80 year old diner waitress who smokes two packs a day and the hot flash- muscle ache combo isn't helping much either.
