About
As Online Marketing Specialist for Llewellyn Worldwide, I help to strategize, coordinate, and maintain our internet marketing initiatives. Outside the office I am spiritual seeker, student of life, an avid world traveler, insatiable bibliophile, wannabe scribe, film freak, music fiend, aspiring yoga student, and neophyte gardener. I have also been known to occasionally experiment in the culinary arts. I live in a typical Minnesota suburb with my phenomenal husband, Bill, and adorable daughter, Kylie (also known as "Mini-Me").

Television
I have a 4 year old so I really don't watch much TV. When I do get some time to watch "grown up tv" some of my favorites are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, The Biggest Loser, Battles BC, The Shield, Battlestar Galactica (not the cheesie 70's version, but the kick ass SciFi channel remake), Nip/Tuck, Robot Chicken, and Family Guy. That 70's Show pretty much sums up my childhood. The characters on the show were my brothers, sister, and their friends; although my mother was nothing like Kitty.
Books
All of the books of Rav Berg, The Way, The Well of Life, and Secrets of the Zohar by Michael Berg, The Power of Kabbalah and all the books written by Yehuda Berg, God Wears Lipstick by Karen Berg, all of the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling, Swan Song by Richard McCammon, The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown, The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, Men Are From Mars Women Are From Venus by John Gray. My latest reads have been The Witch of of Portebello by Paulo Cuehlo, Skinny Bitch, Gorgeously Green, The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer, The Audacity of Hope by Barack Obama, and The Dust of 100 Dogs by A.S. King. Rachel Ray's cookbooks are fun. I read all kids of geeky Internet Marketing stuff for work, which is interesting only to those who spend way too much time online. I'm sure this list will keep growing and growing and growing because I read all the time...
Music
I love lots of different kinds of music -- from The Beatles to U2, Mozart to Metallica. I'm really a lyrics girl so if the words are right it will be one of my favorites. I also love beautiful voices and classic crooners so I have a special place in my heart for Celine Dion, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and Dean Martin. Right now I've been listening to Rob Thomas, John Mayer, Natasha Bedingfeld, Joss Stone, John Legend, Corinne Bailey Rae, Norah Jones, Jack Johnson, Jonny Lang, Maroon 5, Train, Coldplay, Sting, Cat Stevens, Justin Timberlake, Kylie Minogue, and Madonna. I recently discovered Paramore, Duffy, Colbie Calliat, Jason Mraz, Adele, and love listening to the music of the 70's.
Movies
Very difficult to say because I am a real movie buff! I love everything from Sci Fi to action to drama to romantic comedies to animated films. I really enjoy movies that 1) make you think about them for days after you've seen them and 2) make you totally lose yourself in the story. I am also a sucker for great dialog. The ones that come to mind are the first three Star Wars movies (the original trilogy), The Matrix, Dune, Sleepless in Seattle, Dogma, Shawshank Redemption, The Usual Suspects, Pulp Fiction, Little Mermaid, Happy Feet, The 13th Warrior, Finding Nemo, Braveheart, When Harry Met Sally, What Dreams May Come, Tombstone, Forrest Gump, Enchanted, and Crash.
