Double booth just because the natural light is all goodness in here and also because I'm probably not going to get a chance to booth tomorrow. Unfortunately, phonetics and phonology assignments do not possess asexual qualities thus I've conceded that I'm going to have to force myself to do it in a public library. Whoop de frick. But no doubt it'll all be good because I'll be having dinner out at a nice place afterwards :)

I'm feeling a little bit shit about how some people cannot really learn a lesson, especially after almost two years. To be vaguely specific (paradoxicallllll!), when a person is linked to a time in your life that you'd rather forget based on the amazing succession of stupid mistakes you'd made in that time, it makes complete sense to want to eradicate that person from your life, right? Now I'm in a little rut thinking about what a really awful time that was for me... but needless to say, I'm trying to stay optimistic and think about how lucky I am for 2011 and all the coolness it has brought.

Wow, clearly I misunderstood my ability to be completely and utterly lazy about updating stuff like this. Then again, last night I WAS held hostage by the absolutely shocking William and Kate movie. I hear it's been described as "the naffest movie ever made". What excites me about this the most is that someone else in the world uses the word "naff". Squee.

Yesterday, I caught up with one of my best friends in the city, and we proceeded to exhaust the options of what to do there. The CBD is pretty small and it can be quite limiting if one doesn't have copious amounts of monies to spend away. Needless to say, I bumped into a multitude of people I knew from various places and such, although it was disappointing that dinner got cut short due to two of my friends getting sick from the food/atmosphere. Pshhh.

And today I'm being all adult. Feeling slightly elitist for suiting up to visit my school and pretending I'm a success story.

Additionally, I started this dailybooth as a means of disassociating myself from the sleazy comments and noxious fumes associated with my old account. This has thus meant blocking certain individuals, none of whom seem to be able to learn a lesson. Therefore, as horrible as this sounds, I regret nothing.

    Late booth. Bad booth.

I've realised two things today, in the midst of being completely indolent. The first pertains to said indolence, as I've discovered that it is possible to waste a whole day doing absolutely nothing. Funnily enough, this could've been rectified, as work called today asking if I could do a shift. However, being inherently unable to lie, I was thus unable to conjure up some whiz-bang excuse to get out of it and instead ended up voicing my sentiments about how I was lazy. Whoops.

Incidentally, I've also realised that there is a haircut out there that could well suit me. Do disregard the fact that Crown Princess Mary had it six years ago, although I will admit to fangirling. Unfortunately though, I must wait for my fringe to completely grow out before I can emulate her class and hotness, therefore my fringe now is in a current state of purgatory.

Favourite shoes are my favourite.. or something to that degree. Such a statement may actually work better in Japanese... 一番好きな靴は一番好きだ。Fairrrrrrrrly sure that's right. People compliment me on my awesome shoes all the time and although part of me is disgruntled that they're not complimenting my face, I can't complain and I'm glad the general population shares the same sentiments as I do. Having bought them in London and worn them in three different continents over the space of a month - bitch please - I appreciate them not only for their aesthetic beauty but also their kickass anecdotal value. Yet somehow I have yet to name them... Hmmm...

Anyway, today was pretty brilliant. Saw Phallex in the city and traipsed around for a bit. As much as it can be good to get drunk and meet new people and all, as I'd done the previous night, sometimes all it takes is a chat and no social pressure whatsoever to hit the spot :)

    Hello there.

I've been lulled back into the world of dailyboothage after having spent a good week telling myself that I really should be documenting my year a little better. That, and ... oh shitcakes, I cannae remember. But anyway, as my profile thing says, expect a plethora of updates.

So far this year is proving too amazing not to document, and I can't believe we're in April. YES. April. And in a matter of weeks I will be turning 19, an age which evokes images of numerous desperate attempts to embrace adolescence before it vanishes completely and I hit the big fricken two-oh. More relevant to the dailybusiness, however, I'm in the process of getting ready for @LyreHen's 19th - seriously cannot believe his 18th was a whole YEAR ago! - and getting pumped for Phallex's arrival home tomorrow.

    Yeah, things are awesome.
