Hello, @beardbooth. Here be the beard of one @zacharydanger. I think this beard tells the world, "Don't mess with this guy, he's got hepatitis." or "This guy is a proponent of free and open source software." Only one of those is true (I hope).

Hi! I'm @Adler - As you can see I have a "beard". It may not be the prettiest thing and when you get close, it kinda looks like pubes but do I care? NO! Having a beard is a life style. It doesn't matter if it looks good or not. All that matters is that you're proud of it! And I'm proud of mine! My family make fun of me because it's patchy and turning ginger but I stand defiant and laugh in their faces as I stroke my wondrous beard! And you should to!

I've had a goatee since 1995, and when I started following @GeeIsMe, I realized that I was going to grow my beard all the way out - partly because of his inspiration, partly because of just wanting to and partly because of the same reason people climb Mt. Everest - because it's there.

Right now, it's two-level, like @The1Barlow, although my second level has about ten days growth right now.

Glad to be part of the @beardbooth group!

the last time i shaved completely was december 5, 2008. i know this because i have been documenting both my beard-growing and aging process with my daily photo project since november 10, 2006. the picture i am attaching is my daily photo for october 21, 2009.

it's nice to see so much beard appreciation on dailybooth!
