    Harro. I have all the grades I want for this marking period, so I am satisfied. But I've also become hyperaware of things that make me disappointed. Eh, that's life. Although I'm naturally a worrier, I try not to worry too much anymore. Life's much more enjoyable. Life's good.

    I read a fault in our stars. It's emotional and well worth it. I'm surprised I didn't cry.

    Happy lunar new year!

    Wanna know how exciting my new years was? I slept while my dad watched a documentary about cannibalism on the Oregon trail. If anything screams Chinese new year, it's that. I wish I had more people to celebrate new years with because it's my favorite holiday.

    Anyway, my abortion presentation should be a shit show. I am so terrible at presentations! Kbye.

    Had a silly day in NYC with nikki and Vanessa. Creepy racist smurfs, nick Jonas, Tim hortons, and shiz.
    My mom is having the time of her life watching Betty whites new show.
    Maybe I'll go make bubble tea instead of doing this research paper prep.

    My mom has an iPad. It's fun. So nothing too exciting has happened lately. I had a Stevens IT interview, which was eh. I really like the school. Definitely an option. I've been invited to Penn state for a weekend for a womens engineering event. Sure! Haha sounds like fun. And the night before, I'll be at gambino, which is sick!

    anyway, i had a lazy day. came to some realizations that will help me sleep at night. oh my god ap calc was hilarious today. well as hilarious as calculus can get. the smart board stopped working, so my classmates just projected youtube videos about summations. idk why crocco let it go on for like 20 minutes. somehow her photos are on google so we always mess around with making those her background hahaha. god this is only funny for me, i'm so lame.
    yeah and i'd still fuck donald glover. okay bye.

    out of all the pictures from last night, i prefer this one. my face looks stupid in the others haha.
    people probably post their daily lives on tumblr. dailybooth's good for me, though. so, winter break. i was considering going to michigan to meet my aunt's fiance and see some of my family like i usually do. but not many people were coming this year so i kind of backed out. my mom was disappointed. she felt bad that i left my cousin there without much company. welp, i do feel guilty, but i had a lovely break.
    christmas is never a big deal with my family. we give each other gifts, eat hot pot, and entertain ourselves for the remainder. so i usually watch movies.
    most of break i just chilled around. break basically went shopping, chinese auction, sleepover, frozen yogurt, steve's, coming home concert and movie, and new years. i'm going to sound super cliche, but last night was a fantastic way to start the new year. there was an acoustic sing along at 3am to throwbacks. what more could you want? hahaha
    and i super super cleaned my room tonight. i hope i can keep it this way forever

    goodness, i have a month to update on. i think i'll do a separate post for break.
    oh! i got accepted into a bunch of colleges. drexel with 18,000 a year, new haven w/16,000, rowan, rutgers, PENN STATE UNIVERSITY PARK. hopefully the others send nice scholarship packages. as winter creeped up on new jersey, realized i should have applied to more schools south of here.
    work made me come in 4 days a week. i know its like nothing to everyone else but god damn, after 3 weeks of it i really, REALLY started to dislike children. so i'm glad that's over.
    i briefly lost my ti-89 and all hell broke loose. you don't take away an asian's 89, especially when she's in ap calc.
    my scoliosis got worse. i'm slowly shrinking.
    about three weeks ago i went to a party in kinnelon. it was fun; i love humoring drunk people.
    george came home when break started. but he's taking classes instead of having an extended break so he's leaving tomorrow :(

    today was weird. it had its positive and negatives.
    it was a half day, which is pretty fantastic. we ended up at the thimmels and justine agreed to help us buy a hookah. so that happened lol. we met up with others and made use of our purchase. then did nothing. we decided to go to starbucks and ran into some lovely friends.
    after i got asked to prom by jung, which was nice! we went to get a dunkaccino and called it a night.
    somewhere in between all that i found out my actual broseph can't come to thanksgiving. he was on his way home and his car broke down in the middle of the road. i think someone helped him push it to the side and into a parking lot. but he can't leave it there or else he'll get a ticket. so he's in maryland for thanksgiving. i suggested for my mom, dad, and i to go to him, but george said he had to study. that excuse seems rather uncalled for since he would have originally been able to attend our family thanksgiving, but sure george! he never seems to show emotions, i mean i'd be pretty pissed if i was him.
    and i'm working every weekday in december except wednesdays. that blows! maybe i'll make good money, though.
