    Getting a second hole is fine, it's not very painful as piercings go. Getting a helix at the top is bearable, the worst pain is the healing. But my tragus hurt quite a lot, that part of my ear is smaller than usual, so they had to stretch it out to get to it. But I don't know if they always do that... :s
