I was a grand marshal for our school's graduation ceremony last month (the top 4 of the junior class are selected as such) hence why I'm dressed up.

I know I'm terrible at doing this, but I honestly cannot stand to take pictures of myself, and I rarely find pictures taken by others to be good.

But just to bring this up to date: finished my junior year of high school and will be starting my last year soon; visited San Francisco a few weeks ago as well as Stanford University (it's now my #1 choice - hopefully I get in); I have a boyfriend; that's about it.

Hi.

Today some friends and I did a "Body Human" project for AP English III class. Basically we have to do something that improves the community in any way three times a nine weeks (a quarter of the school year). So while reading "Perks of Being a Wallflower" I was struck when Charlie called that 1-800 number and told the person that he hoped she was having a good day. So I decided to steal that and use it for my project. My friends and I just called random people out of the phone book (about 40 people) and told them that we wished they would have a great rest of the day (we did this in the evening) and that they were amazing people. The my girl friend (friend who is a girl, not romantically linked :P ) received usually great and very appreciative responses; my male friend usually received good responses. I always got either the confused old person, pissed off old person, or the phone number that no longer was in service. Overall it was a great experience.

I get to see Muse Friday night. I cannot explain how excited I am.

This was what I spent the majority of my time last night doing: drinking coffee and finishing "The Perks of Being a Wallflower." It is definitely one of my favorite books. It is the only book I can recall actually crying while reading, and that is important to me because I never cry. I'm not trying to sound manly (I'm far from that) it's just I never cry and it's really nice when I do because it acts like a sign that I still feel things and am capable. Anyways, amazing book, you should read it if you haven't. I bought that cup/saucer earlier yesterday at our town's annual Czech Festival from a Polish pottery stand (along with a chalice). I knew right when I saw it that I wanted to buy it.

After finishing "Perks," I really wanted to listen to the song "Smile Upon Me" by Passion Pit; I think it fits the book really well.

Hi there. My name's Patrick. =]

Since I have a job (and therefore an income source) I have decided to buy a webcam to take pictures with (obviously). And since I'll have a way to take pictures, I figured I might as well post some pictures on here. I should get a webcam pretty soon.

This pic was taken today with my Pekingese puppy named Toby. Since it has a bit of my shoe, I guess it'll do for now.

Thanks for following, I'll post more about myself once I get my webcam.
