I am so tired today, and I can't figure out why. I feel like I could fall asleep right here, but I definitely shouldn't do that. I'd like to take a nap in my bed, but that makes me feel guilty, like I've wasted the day away.

One of my goals is to nap without feeling guilty... Maybe today will be the day?

9:30am and I just popped open my first beer. Who says you can't drink before noon?!

Had to cancel my doctor's appointment because the roads are too bad, but I still have to make it to the dentist sometime before 2pm. I'm going to take a mini cocktail - a few beers, a few Xannies, and a few Clonopin - before going. That should calm me down enough, I hope. I wish they'd just give me Nitrous Oxide so I was actually knocked out through the whole thing... They are NOT going to like me if I'm conscious. I freak out way hardcore.

I'm in so much pain, I don't know how to handle it anymore. I took 1.5mg of Xanax, 40mg of Methadone, 200mg of Trazadone, and 2mg of Clonopin. I'm hoping that drinking a few Miller High Lifes with all of that will knock me out pretty nicely...

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow, too, and I am absolutely terrified. I shall be drinking a few more beers and taking a few more mg of Xanax and Clonopin before I go, for sure. My goal is to knock myself out, since they won't do it for me. I don't want to be conscious for any of it, and if I have to be conscious, I'd rather not remember it...
