This looks like it's going to take a long time to make, and make a mess. Kudos for making it yourself. Personally, i'd just get it out a can though :')
@BenDover It's really fast to make actually - heat up vegetable broth and coconut milk with lemon grass if you have it. Add slices of chile and mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes and then add the herbs and lime juice before serving. Not as fast as a can but not a fussy meal, either. :)
