Stupid Malaysian Studies test question. All seems correct. I opted for B.
Justification (if there is): There ain't a state in Malaysia by the name 'Serawak', and it wasn't a typo, because it is spelled that way in every mention of the supposedly 'Sarawak'. But then I went and google and found that Indonesians spell it that way 'Serawak'. BUT, we're taking this in MALAYSIAN Studies and we're in MALAYSIA!
