I went Christmas shopping today with my mom and @TaylorDrenzek..mainly all I got was for me...actually it all was. haha :)
Tomorrow I have to go back to the mall and get some makeup from Mac for my sister, get my step-mom a wallet and find SOMETHING for my father (worst person to buy gifts for -_-)

Actually I'm probably one of the few people loving the weather in the UK atm for certain reasons... I mean it sucks when you're outside... kinda.... but when I'm in my room and the wind and rain in tandem slam themselves into my windows, well it just makes me feel all the more lucky to be inside, so I get the "all cosy and content" feeling coursing through my body :)
Oh yeah, I'm out of this no shave november thing :P It wasn't very impressive and I found a lovely bald spot I appear to have just below my chin, so thats something to look out for if I ever choose to grow a beard (read: am allowed to grow a beard)

Shit is kickin up, I am mobile, with health and car insurance, and shit broke with no time to work but looking for a job. I feel like a functioning person in this shithole system and it makes me uncomfortable. I feel as if I have lost moral ground and am now perpetuating the shit I hate.
The cult of individual functionality has me driving a car despite my commitment to accessible public transportation, something highly lacking in the USA, even though I still take the bus to and from Uni.
I am considering applying for a position at a large corporate chain or two despite having told myself that my fiscal interaction within the economy should be dedicated to assistance and/or education.
I am having a stupid identity crisis over stupid shit involving the stupidest shit possible: surviving in an opulent society and bitching about my privileged position not meeting my standards.
Just got back from my favourite market in Aldgate, East London: Old Spitalfields Market.
It's full of awesome restaurants and market stalls. It's weird to find loads of stuff you like sitting conveniently in one place. Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Fire & Stone, Giraffe, etc, etc.
What's your favourite place to eat... is it a chain restaurant, or an indie cafe?
My favourite cafe is @Parklife in Worthing town centre, and my favourite restaurant is Gourmet Burger Kitchen. (Oh, and excellent milkshakes to be had at Ed's Easy Diner.)
