hello :)
so, today i have been into town and just bought things, for other people, not even myself! haha :) and then watched monsters vs aliens :) and then went to gym and did:
200 pressups
200 squats
32 matrix shoulder presses
166 lunges
200 leaning rows
so a bit tired! haha, and now i'm at my nanans drinking tea and about to watch doctor who on iplayer :)
what's everyone else been up to? :)
