    So in case you didn't know...over the last 2 days I have walked over 50miles for Sport Relief.

    Sport Relief is an incredible charity that donates 50% to UK charities and 50% to other countries. By donating just £5 you can buy a vacine and save a life.

    So please if you can donate at http://tinyurl.com/zwkwalk2 (if the total goes past £250 I will donate an extra £50 and there is an extra £80 or so due allready SO JUST £22 to go!)
