    Whoa! Okay so its been awhile.

    Well I went away on vacation, came back from vacation. Got sick, then have just felt like crap for a while. And now Im getting over being sick, went to thee gym, met my trainer, got my ass kicked. But its good. Im ready to get going on my weightloss goal and my 5K goal!
