I still can't take pictures, so here's a quick drawing I made of a Sensorite.

I'm currently watching the classic Doctor Who series, and The Sensorites is a serial of 6 episodes from 1964.

This was their only appearance in Doctor Who, but the new series did base the Ood on them.

@WouterTheHuman ~ Dr. Who...Gad, I wish I had all the time in the world and lots of money. I'd acquire the complete Dr. Who series and watch it from start till end.

I personally like the Tom Baker (fourth) incarnation of Dr. Who best, mostly because that was the Dr. Who broadcast on US public television (so I saw most of those...), but all were great in their ways and time.

I think this has to be the best single sci fi program ever, though there are so tough contenders. I guess the longevity of the series says a lot about the quality of it, the brilliance of the writing and production.

@phainopepla95 I've only seen the "new series" that started in 2005 and the very first series, so I think it'll take me a while to get to the Tom Baker episodes :P
It is brilliant though.
