I put off looking at a my grades a good week or so because I was nervous and thought I wouldn't be pleased by them.

After 7 courses, 17 hours a week at Wimco, 5.5 hours a week at the gallery, and attempting to maintain a social life, THIS WAS MY BEST SEMESTER EVER.
(Lowest grade was a single A-, yes, I'm bragging)

My happiness is like WHOA.

"An anthropologist proposed a game to African tribe kids. He put a basket full of fruit near a tree and told them that whoever got there first won the sweet fruits. When he told them to run they all took each others hands and ran together, then sat together enjoying their treats. When he asked them why they had run like that as one could have had all the fruits for himself they said: UBUNTU, how can one of us be happy if all the other ones are sad?

UBUNTU in the Xhosa culture means: "I am because we are".

I've been looking in the mirror and laughing to myself all morning.

Hehehe. Hur.

As the more observant/ amongst you/the old fogies can tell, I'm back in Bristol where the sun's shining and the streets have that familiar odour that's half-way between being fascinatingly disgusting and sweetly nostalgic. And smelling of sewage.

If you could conjure facial hair in whatever shape or design you chose, what would you go for?
