so i got this book for inspiration really, but man I am getting kinda sick of books and websites targeted for the beginner. this book is great if you have no idea how to sew a dress, much less embellish but...damn, am I asking too much here? there's SUCH a great divide between grandma sewing and haute couture....essentially, the same techniques but different emphasis.
