great day: tasty coffee and repetitive music, note making and reading this book recommended by @iansomerhalder --still works even though I'm writing commercial scripts. the author seems to be an INFJ, which are able to explain their perception well. recommended if you do anything in front or behind a camera.

so i got this book for inspiration really, but man I am getting kinda sick of books and websites targeted for the beginner. this book is great if you have no idea how to sew a dress, much less embellish but...damn, am I asking too much here? there's SUCH a great divide between grandma sewing and haute couture....essentially, the same techniques but different emphasis.
