oh hai!!
i've noticed none of us have been posting on this account for a week or so. sooo, i decided to chose the theme for this week (but i didn't tell anyone. whoopsies!) since i'm going to a plant show thingy near where i live on sunday, the theme for this week is "flowers". anyyyyyy flower picture you've taken, but it has to be a flower!! good luck, photographer!!
hello, all
so, you're probably thinking "why is there a cat in the picture. this has nothing to do with the theme!" well, excellent question! i decided my cat ranger would make this shot more interesting, just cause he's curious with how the outside world looks like, cause he's an indoor cat. well, that's all i got. later!
@EmperorNorton We were asked to represent the four classical elements. This is Rock Spring in the Mojave National Preserve. Two of the elements are obvious: earth and water, the former sucking up the latter. Less evident is the light of the sun which makes this place hot and dry as you see it. And you probably didn't think about the air between the camera and the scene, did you?
Hello gang! Time for another theme for the week. This time, I'm basing it on a project I did last year to make my skills and creativity grow. What I did was this: a theme every day for the whole month of March 2010! The first four days had...
Earth
Water
Air
Fire
I realize that some of you have lives, so I'm not going to ask a lot out of you. My challenge to you is this: Pick one of those four elements and have some photo-creatve fun with it! (I know @Lord_Velveeta will love this one, seeing as his job has to deal with two of the four!)
@EmperorNorton HDR photo of Rock Spring in the Mojave National Preserve. I like this style of photography because it brings out the depth of the landscape more than a straight shot.
Sorry for being VERY LATE with my submission this last week.
Hello my friends! I hope you are having a blast! Well Spring is almost here and I wanted to share with you this hummingbird mommy in her nest, I love this little birds and they are, for some reason, always around me wherever I live. I guess they know I'm not going to harm them so they get very close almost for a kiss in the cheek :) Do you have a favourite kind of bird? Let me know, xoxoxo @marcegaral
