Sayonara, Japan. In less than 24 hours I will be on my way back to the US. It's been great, but home's calling. Anyone else getting ready to start the next chapter of their life? Also, what if this was my normal smile... would you still be my friend?
Here's looking at you, haha! I am getting ready to take a nap so I can be awake enough to start separating out the stuff I am going to send back to the US this week. I also have GOT to get some laundry done while it's not raining... I will not miss rainy season when I leave Japan.
Listening to the new single released by Simple Plan "Jet Lag"... Though I don't have anyone in particular waiting for me, I leave Japan in 5 and a half weeks, and this song is a great kick-off for getting ready to move back to my first home ^_^
Just using dailybooth to adjust my collar a bit. Sent off my first resume today, and I am hoping for the best. 5 by the end of the week. Now, off to get ready for my kids' classes today. We're learning about fun activities and careers.
Just about to sneeze booth, haha! Getting my apartment cleaned up and thinking about shipping stuff back to the US. Only two months until I am back hopefully not unemployed! Maybe I can spend my day putting together a couple resumes. Hold on to your seats, folks, this day is about to get exciting!
Doubling up today. I need a #resolutionbooth before I head off to bed. I have been hiding from a lot of changes that are coming up soon, and it's time to get on the ball and be responsible. So, here we go. I am going to get some things figured out. Watch out, world! ^_^
I think I need to start sleeping more at night... Today, I went to a rose garden park here in Kobe, and tonight I am going out with some friends for a nice Italian dinner, but I am already wiped out. Naptime!!! Does anyone else love naps as much as me? Doubtful.
Just got home from a long day of teaching, but it was so nice out we had the windows open all day, so I got to teach with a nice breeze blowing through. Now, crash time. Hope everyone has/had a great Thursday!!
Until July of this year, I'm an English teacher in Japan. After that, I am moving back to the USA, but I don't yet know where or what I'll be doing, and that's okay ^_^
