EGG'S BACK!
Sorry for my lack of boothing, but this weekend has been intensssssse!
I don't think I'll even be able to put it's awesomeness into freaking words!!

Travelled down to Glasgow on Friday and met Craig ( @Mahon ) for a bit, then met David ( @DavidBanks ) after he was finished uni and went back to Halls. We drank, had some foods, YouTubed, then went out.
Had an awwwwwwwwwwesome night. So so good!
Then on Saturday, it was the day of the gig!
Me and Craig went, as David was too busy planning his cat crawl. It was fucking epic. Amazing music and mad skanking! Heaven!
After Sonic Boom 6 finished their set, Laila was standing over beside the merch stand, so I got a signed ticket for @xchickenx as he missed the gig, then demanded the band come to the Cat House afterwards.
Reel Big Fish played their set, and I've never been happier in my life. It was incredible. Played all the songs I'd hoped they would, and were just fucking ace. Third time seeing them, and this had to be the best.
After the gig, we went to the Catty, had a few drinks AND MET AARON BARRETT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, that's right.
I was buying drinks, and Craig was like, 'Come over here' and I was like 'Niiiit I'm buying drinks' But he persuaded me to follow him, and Aaron fucking Barrett was making his way upstairs.
Oh my fucking god.
I'm not going to lie.
I cried.
Like...a lot.
Actual tears.
This man is my hero!
We got a bunch of pictures with him, and SB6 - which will be flooded into this thread - and pretty much just partied with absolute rock stars!
I also came across a third of The Hostiles, and was given a CD which I have not stopped listening to. You should definitely check them out if you're a Ska fan!
Then on Sunday, David had his cat crawl, which was freaking amazing. The boy is an absolute machine. He raised 3 grand all together for Haiti.
I'm not sure of the total miles he completed, but when we had to bail, they were thinking of stopping at 8. Fucking insane.
He isn't even human.

So basically, my weekend was full of win, and I will be marrying Aaron Barrett.

Also, also, also, that colourful looking thing on my finger is a super awesome ring I got from Alex just before I left for Glasgow. Tis a Marc Jacobs - who sorry @casioclark ? ;p - solid perfume ring. How fucking ace! (:

Grey legs!
I looked so funny going in to uni today.
Massive duffel coat, thermal cup of tea, and thick grey tights under my jeans.
Sheesh, you'd think it was winter!?

So today at 4pm, I got picked up from uni and was on my way to work.
Only to be questioned about the fact whether I actually was working.
Which I was not.
Soooooooo, no work tonight means I am actually able to socialise TWO nights in a row!
Madness.
It's bonfire night, soooo, obviously that means we'll be....

going to the pub?!
Why not.
Might as well.
Fireworks are unnecessary.
UNLESS.
We're at my Grannie's farm, sitting on hay bails in front of a HUGE fire, sipping mulled wine and watching several Guy Fawkes' burn.
I wish it was like that now.
Like Christmas, I hate it.
Never used to.
Maybe it's because I'm older, but it's never been the same as how it used to be.
Do you guys miss certain traditions your family used to carry out religiously?
Doesn't even have had to have been on a holiday.

Anyone know what this here is?
This here is proof that I fail at life.
I didn't only go and lose my leather jacket, but I also lost my fucking PASSPORT!
What a DOUCHE!
My passport was the only thing I was using as I.D. as I don't plan to drive, so never had any other reason to get a provisional.
Until now.
Oh damn.

However, it was the result of an amaaaazing night!
One of the best I've ever had.
It wasn't even planned either. I love those nights the best.
We all stayed at Rach's. (Me, Graeme, and @im_cheeky.....and Rach OBVO)
David has a BLATES massive crush on ShonzaBBZ.

Yesterday was super cool.
I met David's uncle, cousins and grandparents.
They're all so fucking ace. Like really really funny!

Work this morning.
Work tonight.
YAY.
