Oh look, all my hair is gone.

So instead of going to prom this year, I'm going to spend the day with my girlfriend, watch Titanic 3D with her, then go to her house and cuddle and watch more movies. Yep. Sounds like a plan.

I saw that quote from Easy A that talked about #chivalry. Side note about chivarly, a few things that people don't know about the actual chivarlic code that knights had to follow:

1. You have to go to church every day (not necessarily a bad thing, but you’d have to make time for it).

2. You are literally never allowed to lie. If your lord or king ever finds out, you're exiled from knighthood.

3. You must turn down all offerings of money unless your lord gives you permission to accept it.

4. You must obey everyone in authority. If they could ever be seen as a higher rank as you, you’re their bitch.

5. You must guard the honor of fellow knights (kinda like a precursor to the “bro-code” except more strict, so if any other knight asked you for help, you had to stop what you were doing and help him as best you can).

6. You must never turn down a challenge from an equal.
If guys actually practiced chivalry, relationships wouldn’t be all that awesome. Yes, the parts of the code that everyone knows about, such as giving aid to widows and orphans and always respecting women are great, but everything else?

Examples:

1. Want to go on a date? Hope it doesn’t interfere with your church schedule!

2. “Do these jeans make my butt look fat?” “Do you watch porn?” “Do you think my friends are attractive?” (now that you’re a chivalric lad, the answer to all of these questions = YOU LOSE).

3. Hope your significant other likes free stuff, ‘cause you’re essentially broke now :D

4. Let’s say your significant other’s parent freaks out over some little thing and tells you “You are never to see my daughter/son ever again!!!” you will have to avoid seeing them. Forever.

SADNESS. Just my point of view on the whole “chivalry” argument. I think when people talk about chivalry today, they don’t actually mean it; they just mean politeness or manners. If anything, you now know the difference between the two. :]

I know, long time no see.

So you know what A Very Potter Musical is? If you don't, look it up on youtube and be prepared to spend about 2 hours of your time laughing. Anyways, a club at my school is aiming to recreate it, and tryouts were this week. I tried out on Monday, and got called back to try for Ron, Dumbledore, and Cedric today. I'll find out Friday or this weekend if I got one of those parts! Exciting!

For those of you not aware, I'm writing a pokemon fanfiction.

It takes place in a new region that I have created, new characters, but it exists in the same time frame as Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn regions, since there will be pokemon from Gen 1, 2, and 3 in the story.

It would really mean alot to me if you read it :]
