With the help of the ever so convenient iPhone 4 dailybooth app, I will most likely become a better boother. This is the newest addition to my family. My orchid Élodie, my French orchid. And the gorgeous creature holding her is Mickey.

I am WAY excited for having this flower for some reason.

I never get sick. I think it is because I used to eat off the ground a lot as a little kid. Built up a baller immune system. Lol. It's funny because I think it's true.

Funny pillow story, while I was living with my ex, he stole my brand new set of pillows and took them to Burning Man, and I moved out of his place while he was gone. So I tried to text him when he got back about getting my pillows back...and I haven't heard from him since. The bastard...lol

Who steals pillows!?

As for when I go on vacation, I am terrible at remembering to take pictures or take my camera around with me (except I DO take a lot of pictures with my phone), and I don't really like buying keepsakes. I love doing general shopping while in new places, nothing touristy, but I have to say, I mostly keep everything in my mind.

This is my new CalArts school I.D.! I am officially a CalArtian. A whole year worth of preparing, stressing out, and readjusting my life came down to me starting school here.

I start on Monday.

In the 4 days of orientation/pre-semester events/class sign-ups I have to say its been quite an adventure.

Class sign-ups are a total fucking mess. A bit of a cattle call, if you will. But other than that blunder, everything is going smashingly. I feel like I am finally surrounded by the group of artists I have always dream of and was meant to be surrounded by. They inspire me. Everyone sees the world on a different, more beautiful, more artistic level at CalArts and it really makes for an amazing environment.

These are my people and I can't wait to start working with all of them.

Today I spent the day with my new CalArts crew at Starbucks, by the pool in my skimpy underwear, and mobbin' around the dorms enjoying free pizza.
