I....live in Mexico, south of California, a good ways down the coast. I live at an orphanage, I've been here a year, and am committed to another year...and we'll see how it goes from there. the kids here play more soccer than I could have ever hoped, and they're the best teammates. I have a real blast with them. It's the best. Soccer is my life. Always has been, even before I came here. God is my life as well, and to be honest, sometimes soccer gets in the way of that life devoted to Him. We all have our faults. I'm learning how to really truly love God with all my life right now, and if anyone ever said it was easy, they should be taken out back and shot (in a loving manner, of course.) No, not really...it's just keeping focused on God and enjoying life to the fullest is difficult when I just want to play soccer all day long. I work here in the maintenance department on Mon/Wed/Fri mornings, and in the computer department in the afternoons and Tue/Thurs. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made, I've really learned how to truly live here, and not a life revolving around me and what I have and don't have, but a community-driven life supported by all the wonderful people around me. God is good.

I also enjoy Harry Potter...just a tad! If you know me at all, you'll know that my "just a tad" also competes with soccer and God for the pedestal in my life. Soccer + Harry Potter = God is generous!
