    SIGH

I must say I'm really stressed. Planning a baby shower, looking for a nice little present for a wedding, trying to register for classes that are already closed, working after midnight, and other things.

    Mentally exhausted.

Last picture I took was 5 days ago. It got boring fast! I don't know how some of you people take pictues of yourselves every 5 minutes making a funny face!

    Don't mind me.

I've had this Bible staring at me in the face for months. I would hide it in the closet, put it in a drawer, or
under the bed. I don't want to throw it away or give it away....just couldn't.
So I finally decided to give to give it a try.

I read the whole book of Genesis. Everyone knows the whole story about Adam and Eve.
What I didn't know was what God thought about us after He created man.

    Genesis 6:5-6

"The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination
of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that He had made
human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled."

I couldn't believe it. I was confused. In my childhood I was told that God doesn't make mistakes. That He knows what
He is doing all the time! And to read that he regretted making us, that we are a big mistake, just blew me away.

So in result, God floods the earth, sparing Noah, his family, and the animals.
Even though He spared the most rightous people on the planet, the future decendents upset God again by trying to build a tower to heaven
    (Tower of Babel).
He punishes man by confusing our language so we couldn't work together to accomplish building the tower.

Wickedness starts again in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, so God destroys it with raining sulfur.

Geniesis was filled with people cheating their own family members. Wives competeing against each other to see who
gives birth to the most babies! And if they couldn't concieve, they would tell their husbands, "Sleep with my servant
so I can build a family through her."

Why am I ranting about this? Maybe some of you are rolling your eyes thinking, "Duh, its common knowledge."

While reading this I felt that we are God's experiment. Maybe He wanted something more than having angels with Him.
He probably thought it would be a swell idea, (Gen 1:26) "Let us make human beings in our image", and then he
    face palms later.
I also find it interesting that he said US and OUR. Who was he talking to, the angels?

I'm done ranting about Geniesis. I'm going to read Exodus and see how that goes.

I know I didn't talk about Ishmael and Isaac, because arguing about that is HUGE!!!
I hope I didn't offend anyone. If I'm incorrect about something, feel free to correct me. :) And the scriptures I took were from the "Today's New International Version".

Anyone want to put their two cents in?
Talk to you guys tomorrow! :D

Asked the all knowing Magic 8 ball how this day will turn out for me:
    Outlook Good!
(It is so hard to take a picture of the result!! Black and dark blue will not show in my camera!! So I posted this blurry picture anyway)

I mean, what can go wrong if all I'm planning to do is laundry and dedicating the whole day to cleaning the house 'til it sparkles?
Finally a day of no school and no work. A day of nothing.
Tomorrow will be a little more eventful. : )

After staring this picture blog, I was looking through my camera (I haven't used it in months!) and found lots of pictures of me and my Ex. Yikes!
No harsh feelings though. That was a long time ago. Time to let go. Time to start cleaning and rid myself of things I no longer need.

P.S. Why is my display pic still a smilie face? Help?
