Yes, but because of the violence now involved, the protest is taking others liberty away from them. The right to freedom, the right to feel safe, the right to get to work on time. Democracy voted this government into power, made it a coalition. We need to live with it. There are enough jobs. Just not 'great' jobs. I have two degrees that are not helping me get a job. In fact they are useless. People now need just lots of experience. So really people need to be rich to get that as workplaces want free work experiences. The tuition fees mean jack really. Everyone has opportunities. Just takes some old fashioned graft and for workplaces to encourage paid work exp. even if its just minimum wage.
Having been a student twice, i think that there are WAY too many people there that dont need to be. A way to sort this is to make it more expensive. The people that really want to be there wont mind getting a loan and debt. Its not that much more expensive. People need to get jobs, stop being arrogant and take what they can get. Education? Just go read a book, do it yourself. To be honest with the amount of contact time that you get at Uni, you end up doing it yourself anyway. I love that you are so passionate though!
