I went for a walk in the woods today and as per usual I was wearing my headphones, all of a sudden I heard some loud bangs off in the distance between songs, and I realised hunting season (elk) just started.

Good thing I didn't go as deep into the forest as I had intended to. Mental note; pack bright orange vest for walks in the coming month.

My mother finally found this again.

I've been looking for it for years but couldn't find it. I started reading it when I was about 13 and got through most of Red Dragon, but I never finished it due to school getting overwhelming. I've wanted to read it proper for years but it got mystically misplaced (like everything else in this house) but she found it again! Happy days!

I've read both books in Swedish already but I prefer reading books in English. The timing is perfect because I'm supposed to read a book that has also been made into a movie, for class, in a couple of weeks.
