Vanilla Biscuits
(with bright awesomesauce icing)
now im making vanilla but any flavouring with work much the same
Ingredients :
(make 25)
3 OZ / 85g unsalted butter
100g/ 31/2 OZ caster sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
200g/ 7 OZ plain flour
keep the bag around for dusting
1 tsp baking powder
pinch a salt
ICING:
im using royal icing and warm water with food colouring
however icing sugar will work to but wont be as thick
and idont really weigh my sugar but for you lot
150g / 5OZ icing or royal icing sugar
tbsp water
few drops of said colouring
so yeah, if u saw my last booth, you'd of seen me opening the box that contained my macbook pro. and its effing excellent!!!
it was meant to come yesterday but the delivery man went to the wrong house (he told me himself) and the brown box it came in had bird crap on (dried) so that was just great, but i'm soo glad it came :D:D:D:D:D i love it!
