@OnkelSam I think it's commendable that you are thinking ahead in wanting to be commendable in 5 years. I commend you for that and find you to already be commendable ;)
This is the picture he emailed me back when he was enquiring about my service. The fact that no one has ever noticed that his hair isn't real is the best recognition I could ever ask for in my line of work.
