Ok, a few suggestions. I would use a little bit of diffusion all around. This will take everything down just a tad. Then I would use a daylight filter on the light from the top right of the picture (it is to your left). This would make everything look a bit more natural.
Your face (especially around the eyes, top of the cheeks) looks a little washed out (I imagine the lights are fairly bright). The diffusion should help a little, but you might also want to try some make-up that is a little bit darker in shade than your natural skin color. When the light hits it, it'll make you look more like you would normally look without all the extra light shining on you. That's how the pros be doin' it, yo! Fo' rizzle! ;p
