its been forever since i updated this, i totally forgot i even had this.

over the past couple months i have overcome quite a few things, for this i will forever be in debt to my best friends and my family, i owe them everything for pulling me through and helping me overcome the biggest rough patch i have ever been through.
things with the band have gone from strength to strength. Im so fucking proud of my crew for getting through the stuff we have, we went on a weekender with our buds in Standing Tall, all 6 of us bundled in 2 cars and traveled for more then 25 hours the length of the country and into scotland. Played some rad shows and met some rad people along the way.
The new EP has also just dropped, a new sound and a total movement into the kind of band everyone is comfortable with. check it out here - http://high-hopes.bandcamp.com/

on a personal level i have been in a releationship for coming up to 3 months with the most supportive girl, im lucky to have her about and im stoked for her on recently getting a deal with a lable to release her solo stuff. so rad. i also got my 'regular job' back!

ill update a load of pictures now, including all my new tattoos.

its now 4.42am and the idea of sleep is pointless.
this past week has been one of the hardest of my life. far to many a personal problem, illness and a mound of other stuff happening.
tomorrow, the band i manage are playing in Kings Lynn...one of the crappiest town in Norfolk but last time we was there, we had a laugh.
hopefully friday ill see my favorite. i need someone to talk to about stuff because what i've been doing isn't helping
to top it all off, i have a shit load of work to do including starting on the next tour.

there are many things i need to learn, i sometimes forget my own downfalls and barriers and when they catch up with me it catches me harder then ever. i need to learn.
