Today i got a lesson in "be careful what you wish for." I was selected to do a special little part in the ballet we're working on, and it's hard. And fast. And my partner is new and overwhelmed, and therefore cannot remember the steps. which are very intricate. in fact, i tend to forget certain parts myself. it's a mess. an embarrassing mess.

but we will keep working on it. i'm sure it will be glorious.
