SCIENCEFACE!

Want to make your very own lava lamp? Want to be mesmerised for a short amount of time at the wonders of science?

THEN FOLLOW MY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND MAKE YOURSELF YOUR OWN LAVA LAMP!

You will need:
A bottle
Some food colouring
Vegetable oil (the clearer the better but it's not necessary)
Water
Some effervescent Vitamin C tablets

This is what our kids did in our science lesson today and it was bloody brilliant ^__^ It worked much better on a smaller scale so I would recommend smaller bottles (maybe a 250ml one) but one word of warning: it can overflow so make sure you have a bowl or a sink nearby ^__^
