    Only two days left of placement :D
    The weather isn't as great anymore, still warm but sweaty and overcast. Yum.
    Little 2 year old boy at placement yesterday morning held my hand and chatted away to me, was told afterwards that he gets fostered and it was so good seeing him interact for the first time because he's always been withdrawn. Totally made my day.

    Was with Aia last night, hate half a cheesecake, sat in the park and then went to hers till about 11ish as it was nearing my early bedtime. Tonight - saw my dad, watched episode of the mentalist and ate. I practically have to go to bed soon and it feels like it was 5pm 3 minutes ago.

    So FREE on Friday, I've given in and I'm getting the train to Manchester straight from work for Aia's birthday night out. Tis gonnaa be gurrrddd.

    Slam Dunk in Leeds on Saturday was brilliaaaant. Best live band probably was Forever the Sickest Kids and really enjoyed seeing Mayday Parade live for the first time :D. Money well spent.
    Spent that night in Manchester and got the train back to Newcastle yesterday. The mother took me straight to a beer garden from the station, twas nice, but after a few hours I proceeded to act like a shit little child tugging on my mum's skirt to hurry up because I was hungry. Was rewarded with a large roast dinner >_<

    Last week of placement and it's gone really well, looking forward to pure freedom though. And it feels like I've been home for too long o.O. Gah.
    Can never last as long here as I think...
    Would quite like people to get back to Newcastle from Uni soon so then I can get out of the house.

    Anyhowwww, Emmett here now, time for more drinking in the garden in amazing weather, to then proceed to Carl's for more drinking in the garden.

    It's been quite a while.
    Tomorrow is the end of 2 weeks at placement, have one more week left and then official freedom. Peter's been staying with me during the week, had a good laugh with Emmett at the weekend, taken a couple days off placement this week because I like the good weather so much and have Slam Dunk this weekend. Had an unexpected heavy night on Tuesday playing a Mario Kart drinking game with some disgusting forfeits, so spent yesterday hungover eating curly fries and playing Monopoly.
    Sooo everything is exceptionally good ^__^

    Massive nostalgia night in with my mum last night, she got the photo albums out which I haven't seen in yearrrrs as well as old school reports. Was reminded of the ugly phase at about 11-12 years of age, which I quite rightly repressed... those photos were went through quite briskly, in silence.
    Made pancakes for me and my mum this morning - was lovely, then went for a coffee with my Dad - not so lovely, but was good to see him. One of the downfalls of coming back home - 'out of sight, out of mind' doesn't quite work anymore.

    Spending the rest of the day relaxing and helping my mum sort out the house a bit once she gets back. Early night tonight to start placement in the morning, and meeting Peter afterwards for Slug and Lettuce times :].
    As for now, going to use having the house to myself for a couple of hours as an opportunity to dance around loudly to TBS and get excited for Slam Dunk.

    Haaappy.
    Uni is pretty much finished for the year, Peter was in York with me this week, been out to eat a couple of times, spent most of the time revising and watching films in the evening. Was a lovely week despite having an exam yesterday. The exam went pretty well so went to the SU straight after and spent yesterday getting drunk from 12:30 onwards. Peter left late afternoon and so I went home and drunkenly made spag bol for me and Zoe. We then watched Marley and Me which was much better than expected and ate a whole bag of popcorn. I packed this morning and i'm now in Newcastle, went for lavly lunch with my mum and start a 3 week placement on Monday. LIFE.IS.GOOD.

    Finished essay today :D The earliest I've ever done anything in history, feeingl exceptionally proud.
    My entire day pretty much only involved doing my essay, showering and making a boiled egg with soldiers. Went to Aia's last night for a catch up, sat with her some of her housemates and stole their takeaway, it's been a very productive weekend :].

    Now I'm dancing alone to a Slam Dunk playlist waiting for Peter to get back.
    Happy days.

    Shoppping yesterday, didn't really have the intention of buying anything but ended up spending £70 <__<. Didn't have to give any cash however, as stupidly said yes to 'do you want a store card?'. It takes longer than 'just two minutes' and I was oblivious to the fact that it's actually a Topshop credit card o.O Hardly shop there as it is.
    Made some glorious fajitas last night, played magic and watched film called 'Derailed' in the early hours of the morning.

    Peter went off to Blackpool this morning, so I have a weekend to finish off an essay in time for a good week in York... minus the exam on Friday. Aaak, summer now, please.

    Back in the wonderful Manchester :] Been to a pub for lunch and a few games of pool today after getting an early train here... back now and @swinginglifeaway is napping behind me because he's a complete mess and has to 'refresh' before pretty much starting an essay in for tomorrow.
    I would complain, but a night of hogging his desktop is good for me.
    And he's not that much fun anyway.

    Watched A Beautiful Mind last night - a very good film. And did 'ballet dancing' with Alayna in the living room to release some loopy energy after spending the whole fucking day in the library. Quite honestly don't know what I'd do if we weren't in the house together. I'd be the only weird one.

    7 hours at the library today, SEVEN HOURS o.O ... That's after a two hour psychobiology lecture. But coffee saw me through and I came back for food, was so hungry that didn't realise I still had my backpack on whilst cooking the whole meal and I've had a bubble bath with some Bon Iver.
    RE-FUCKING-LAXED now.

    For probably what I think is the first time ever, I'm going at the same pace with my essay as the majority of people on my course. Finally learnt my lesson for the last essay of the year <__<.
    But feeling good. Going to go and watch a film with housemates before probably sleeping like a log tonight and waking up to the best part of the week.

    I have been a good student :)
    Appreciating the feeling of being productive as did 750 words of an assignment today, along with planning the rest of it. Got back a mark for an essay I did hungover before Easter, got a 2:1, and so I'm pretty over the moon as everything else has been shit this semester.

    Had spag bol for the 3rd time in a row tonight, purely down to having to use up mince and I'm now sitting on the laptop getting a bad back from being at a desk for a ridiculous amount of hours.
    Going to carry on with being sensible and go to bed to hug my laptop and watch a film at half ten.
    9am tomorrow, yummy.
