    this picture was a complete accident but it's pretty cool.
    it kinda summarised what i was thinking, about how i spend so much time holed up in my little room with my guitars and music, on my own (don't get me wrong, i'm not a recluse and i socialize enough to not have people think i'm a wonrg'un, but still) and how i'm missing out on so much.
    there's a world outside my window and i barely know a fucking thing about it. it makes me angry at myself sometimes. i wish i had more drive and ambition, i have the hunger for knowledge but i never do enough about it.
    i've decided i want to travel, see the world and learn about different cultures by experiencing it instead of thinking i know because i've read a bunch of shit on the internet - how can you really know something when you've only experienced it from behind a computer screen?

    my booths have been pointless for a while.
    remember when i first started, and they were all crappy, deep philosophical shit? i'm probably going to be like that a lot more again from now on. it's driving me insane how inane my life's become.

    Not going to lie, I'm pretty drunk. And I have work at 7. Oops.
    Tonight I went out for "one pint" and I'm just home.
    My assistant manager kissed me. I still love this job and all the crazy fucks I've met through it.

    Last night was incredible. I saw Foxhunting, Dave Hughes and of course my favourites Jim Lockey And The Solemn Sun at tunnels, then took them all to a gig at Moorings with my gay adoptive parents from Landan, then ended up taking them all to a gay bar. It was an insane night. Jim and the lads were fantastic & promised me a support slot next time they play... don't think it gets much better (unless he were jesse lacey or conor oberst, but he loves them as much as me so we'll settle.)


    I really am smashed and typing this is so much effort so I'm going to shower and sleeeeeeep.

    even when everything's shit, learn to laugh it off. otherwise you'll be miserable forever.
    luckily i still have some people who help make that do-able.
    more appointments and tests on tuesday. fingers crossed it goes well.

    Glasgow was so good. Architects were fucking perfect. Just wish their set was longer.
    Garage was open til 4. Messy, messy night. Then I got a piercing by the most unhygienic cunt going, and it's too far up my nose - so off balance with the side I already had. oops.
    Thinking of getting my middle lip, thoughts?

    excuse the very messy "i've spent all night on a dancefloor with my hair flying everywhere look."

    tonight has been hilarious. all it takes is good company, and i have to say i know some of the best.
    work night out = amazing. you know jono's wasted when you turn round to find him on his knees with a rose being thrust in your direction because he couldn't say no to the crazy spanish woman selling them :L
    laughed an incredible amount.

    Now, time to sleep and hope the 2 days worth of alcohol isn't going to give me a cuntish hangover, because I have to be up and getting ready to get on a train to glasgow in about 4 hours. ARCHITECTS & PARKWAY DRIVE, yessss boi.

    hope your weekends have all been as,,,,, interesting as mine haha.

    i am so unbelievably tired.
    i don't think my liver is going to make it through the weekend.
    yesterday was unbelievably shite, and today hasn't been great either, so the obvious course of action is to hit town and get WANKERED :]

    the one thing that never ever fails to raise my mood though, is my favourite band and they've been everywhere today. so weird. my shuffle option had them on every 2 songs and i saw like 5 people wearing their shirts. i even put their record label's shirt on today without thinking.
    it is of course cancer bats. maaaan i love those guys.

    #Q is there a band/musician/song that makes you happy no matter what?
