    Reading issue #2 of Adventure time! (not Garfield). I tried to get the 1st issue while I was in New York but they'd sold out, and they'd sold out of it in my local comic book store, too! *le sigh*

    Today I went into a school and asked a bunch of 6 year old kids to draw their own versions of the characters from the kids story I'm working on illustrating. It was great to involve them in the decision making process and they LOVED the drawings I had done so far. They were enthusiastic and adorable, too.

    I got myself super worked up and nervous about it beforehand, though. Kids are very harsh critics and I was so nervous about it that I was shaking.

    Anyway, now I'm home in bed reading this BADBOY of a book, because being a kids' illustrator means I have an excuse to.
