So I went to the central library with my mates (social life fact from yesterday, if you're bothered) to do this so-called 'Web Test,' by which we were given scenarios and had to use the County Council website to find bits of information. Lasted about an hour and a half and, out of it, I got £20 of HMV vouchers. Amazing win! :DD
Face comes in two parts, the same expression applies for both.
1) Our oven has just broken. It's not heating up. My Dad used a torch and found the broken component, just ordered it. No oven for the next 4-6 business days... :'(
2) Bloody Iceland. Megan's flight was due for arrival at 8am tomorrow.. Now it's mid-afternoon at some point. This is probably pissing her off BIG TIME as they've got to find something to do for 5 or so hours while they wait for their flight. On the plus side, my small dilemma (which was solved before this earthquake) is sorted perfectly! Seeing as she won't be getting home until at least half 4, and I'm in town with mates (again, yes) for most of the morning (11) and afternoon.. Meaning that I won't miss talking to her (my original concern) and can just relax. So it's kinda a win! :D
All in all, it's all sorted! Next few days are perfect, I've marked (and added a few answers here and there) my maths, where I got 75% for stuff I've not been taught, and am £20 better off. Excellent! :D
Nothing exciting to tell you today. Not really a first though…
Well, I finally got my little sister to watch Glee! I don't know if she understands what they're saying but as long as she doesn't complain it's okay I guess =)
Since really nothing exciting happened today (so far), I thought I'd show you how I see the world without my glasses. Obviously I really need them :D
