    My friends and I went for a picnic today at Whitlingham Broads, and made friends with this duck.
    Unfortunately the geese which are in the background in this picture then decided they'd rather like some bread as well, and we were surrounded, which started out being funny and then got slightly intimidating!
    We managed to make enough noise and flap at them enough to make them all go away, though if anyone was watching, it must have looked quite ridiculous haha

    So I kind of did nothing today and therefore have nothing to booth about. Soz :/

    I'm determined to keep up the boothing streak I've got going though, haven't missed a day since I came back, which I think is the longest I've ever gone without missing a day? Something like that, anyway!

    Watching Gangs of New York on our hilariously old TV. That white thing is stuck over the standby button because it broke about 5 years ago; you have to turn it off at the plug now, otherwise it won't turn back on! My family is kind of silly about keeping things way past the point where they need to be replaced haha

    Yeah I have no idea what is going on with the lighting at the moment but I sorta like it...

    Was supposed to be going out tonight but it got cancelled, booo :( So now I'm staying in and watching films, I think!

    Just been talking on Skype to my friend who is currently au pair-ing in Toulouse, and watching her attempt to look after a baby who tried to both terrorise the cat and then climb into the washing machine. It was very, very entertaining to watch!

    Are you good with children? I can cope with slightly older kids, but babies are a bit too much to handle haha! (Also I'm always scared I'm going to drop them!)

    I'm back! Thankyou so much to @crimsong19 and @the_who_ru for covering for me!

    This photo is from Sunday afternoon, when I tried out my new tent, with the 'help' from my grandparents' dog, Suzie.
    I was very good, and followed the instructions until the point where I needed to put it back into the bag, wherein I ignored their advice and just kind of shoved it all back in. Needless to say, it wasn't as successful as I thought it would be haha

    How are you with instructions? Do you follow them to the letter or just ignore them to do your own thing?

    Hello, all of Sarah's followers! It is I, Jason (@crimsong19) stepping in to cover for her ... probably a bit late ... time differences ... but it's still Sunday for me!
    I'm currently working on (among other things) a re-read of the Harry Potter series with @penguinhatgirl and we're in the middle-ish of "Chamber of Secrets" ... which hopefully can be knocked off by bedtime ... which will be late.
    Favorite Potter novel? What about the movies? Personally, the books were what seems like a while ago for me ... but I particularly enjoyed the first movie 'cause it was the closest to the novel and the first part of the seventh because it really captured the feel of the first half-ish of the novel.

    Sarah will be back soon, but until then ... allons-y, Alonso!

    Went to the library today, got this little selection to read. They'd changed the layout of it since I last went in there, so wandered around being very confused for a few minutes! I found what I was looking for in the end though haha

    Do you use your local library or do you prefer to own the copies of books you read?
