sup people :)
so the 4th Human Race aka Nike's Nightrun was pretty much stunning.
15,000 people running across the streets of Tel-Aviv.

people just wont stop comming!

I ran the first 5k's with shoes then the 2nd half without shoes and ended up with 54:33 minutes. i'm pretty happy with it!

The weather is getter better, chiller, accompany by cool breezes here and there. hand to hand with the fact that racing season is starting.

got a 10k race in an hour.
