remember small steps when running up hill :)

check this out, last friday it was the Tel Aviv Marathon which i ran the half marathon barefoot from start to end,took some pictures and made a little video:

Two weeks before that it was the first International Jerusalem Marathon, we had over 1,000 runners from across the world.
it was such a great event, the really pro people who have been to all the marathons across the world say with the right PR it can be one of the best Marathons in the world and will have it's number in runners!
over 2k people ran the Marathon course and yeah i made another video which you can see here:
