    can you link me to your garmin, i'd love to see you'r stats.

    I think you did really well by running by your HR instead of the pace, otherwise it would probably lead you to a hit a nice little wall i suppose :)

    wow, man. that is a hell of a finish! i can't even start to imagen what it's like to run with so many people cheering. i mean in Jerusalem many many people went out the streets and cheered but compared to that its noting hehe.

    Wow, i would be really honered if you'd consider running the Jerusalem Marathon, besides it being a huge challege (over 3,000 ft Elevation gain like i said before) the coruse goes through many many historical sites around the city, its more like a huge tour of the city like you'v seen in the video i made :)

    Way to go Scott, i was tracking you the whole way!
    although you slowed a bit after reaching half way point you kept up the speed pretty good!
    you only had a positive split of about 10 minutes which is good considering the cramping you had!

    man this year's broadcast was amazing, i hope you will get a chance to see the re-run. Davila gave a huge huge fight to the three girls and ended up losing first place by 2 seconds! was stunning!
    in the men side i'm pretty sure you'v heard that a new marathon running time was set, crushing the old one by 58 seconds. although it's not a world record due to the downhills which who can tell them better but you?

    how did it feel overall? besides lack of training, the hills, the weather and so on?
