@michella yes. Take whatever temperature it is outside and add about 10 degrees Celcius to understand what the runner feels. Rain, a light drizzle takes the edge off.

@michella oh yeah! i love running at cooler weather!

@Awed_Job aye, i read some where that the optimal temperature for a marathon is 12°. looks like were about to get around that maybe a tad more.

it starts to get old lol :D its in the middle of the march and it went back to -20C today!!!!!!!

well we had around 30-35°C today i believe. o_o

thanks and yes i do :) last three weekends i did 20k runs and did the course a few weeks ago so yeah all i need now is good weather :)
