@SmileyMoMusic It's OK, you will get there! Just take it back up again when you enjoy it again. You are very young and have time.. I would focus more on nutrition! Eating healthy, cutting out sugar and processed foods etc.
@SmileyMoMusic I C... I don't even make it to the gym anymore.. I bike everyday and I do weights at home.. But I do have the option to go if I want to... But I hear ya.. I don't like being stuck in the gym.. I rather be outdoors, enjoying nature.
@SmileyMoMusic Start slow, a little at a time.. When you see how great you feel, you will want to do more! I exercise about 4 to 5 times a week, sometimes 6. You feel awesome!
@SmileyMoMusic Ok, here it is.. Love life, surround yourself with people you love and bring out the best in you, take care of yourself (exercise, eat right, get plenty of rest). LIfe's too short for drama!! Stay away from drama.. I love God and I know that is a major part of my happiness... I think that's it!
