Prop 19 Failed. It's not about smoking. I don't and never have. It's about Stopping a costly failing drug war that is making the problem worse. Legalization with education programs will decrease use. It will also help the violence in Mexico because the drug cartels will loose their biggest market. To do otherwise is ignorant. WAKE UP UNITED STATES!!!
